At my counter, I see what most systems miss: people don’t need more information. They need to understand what is happening and what to do next. I translate the technical into something usable, without making anyone feel behind for not knowing it already.

My work sits between technology and real life. Drawing from years of hands-on support, I turn everyday tech breakdowns into clear, human decisions.
